It has been a busy month celebrating both mine and Tyler's birthdays. We had family up for both of our birthday weekends, and as always had a wonderful time with our family and friends. We are very blessed to have such a close family and some great friends. Thank you to everyone who joined in on the celebration and sent cards or birthday wishes via phone call, text, email or on facebook!
Last weekend (15 weeks) we went to one of the first Seattle Sounders games of the season. We have season tickets and really enjoy watching the soccer matches. Below is a picture of my still small, but growing belly before heading to the Sounders game.
We had our 16 week appointment last week and were able to hear the heartbeat again, it was a strong 144 beats per minute. While it has become obvious (thanks to my growing belly), that there is actually a baby on the way, it always makes it that much more real to hear the heartbeat, and it is something we look forward to every month! We also made our appointment for our 20 week ultrasound when we will find out the gender, we can't wait!
